Receptionist
Per Diem | Weekday and Weekend Shifts Available
Shift hours between 7am - 8pm
Pay rate: $15.50-16.41/hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities of a Receptionist:
- Coordinate staffing schedules and be available for coverage needs, including planned and unplanned callouts.
- Welcome and assist volunteers during their visits, under the oversight of the Director of Life Enrichment.
- Communicate with volunteers via mail, phone, or email.
- Operate paging and telephone systems as required.
- Answer calls, direct inquiries, and provide information following established policies.
- Maintain current resident and staff contact files.
- Assist visitors, guests, residents, and sales reps with directions and information.
- Report suspicious activity immediately.
- Ensure visitors abide by facility rules and manage access accordingly.
- Perform administrative duties such as typing, filing, and making phone calls.
- Create a welcoming, calm environment for all.
- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately.
- Order supplies and assist volunteers with gift shop requests.
- Support mailing preparations as needed.
Receptionist Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least two years of clerical experience or completion of a secretarial program preferred.
- Experience with multi-line phone systems preferred.
