Seton Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is searching for a customer service-oriented Receptionist to support our facility evenings with weekend/holiday rotation. Previous reception experience is highly preferred. Part-time evening schedule with weekend/holiday rotation.

Responsibilities

• Offer a warm and welcoming invitation for visitors and vendors to sign in
• Direct vendors and visitors where to go
• Answer calls and direct to the appropriate party
• Administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Experience: front desk receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
• Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• Possess a warm, friendly, and welcoming demeanor
• Possess effective communication skills
• Always willing to go above and beyond when it comes to assisting residents, visitors, outside vendors and team members
