Position Overview
As the Receptionist, you will play a critical role in creating a positive first impression for our company. You will manage phone calls, greet clients, handle scheduling, and provide administrative support to keep operations running smoothly. This role requires a professional appearance, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally
Manage scheduling, calendars, and appointment coordination
Provide basic administrative support (emails, data entry, filing, etc.)
Assist with customer inquiries and ensure excellent client experience
Maintain a clean and professional reception area
Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
Requirements
Proven receptionist or administrative support experience (3+ yrs experience preferred)
Reliable vehicle for transportation to and from office/work sites
Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email systems)
Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills
Customer service oriented – great with people and problem-solving
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Must be willing to submit to a drug test prior to starting
Ability to work independently as a contractor with professionalism
Compensation & Structure
This is a 1099 independent contractor role
Competitive pay, based on experience and skill level
Monday-Friday 8-4pm Sat 8-12pm with the potential for growth
