Location: Piqua OH
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

Position Overview

As the Receptionist, you will play a critical role in creating a positive first impression for our company. You will manage phone calls, greet clients, handle scheduling, and provide administrative support to keep operations running smoothly. This role requires a professional appearance, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors

  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally

  • Manage scheduling, calendars, and appointment coordination

  • Provide basic administrative support (emails, data entry, filing, etc.)

  • Assist with customer inquiries and ensure excellent client experience

  • Maintain a clean and professional reception area

  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality

  • Communicate effectively with team members and leadership

Requirements

  • Proven receptionist or administrative support experience (3+ yrs experience preferred)

  • Reliable vehicle for transportation to and from office/work sites

  • Professional appearance and demeanor at all times

  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email systems)

  • Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills

  • Customer service oriented – great with people and problem-solving

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Must be willing to submit to a drug test prior to starting

  • Ability to work independently as a contractor with professionalism

Compensation & Structure

  • This is a 1099 independent contractor role

  • Competitive pay, based on experience and skill level

  • Monday-Friday 8-4pm Sat 8-12pm with the potential for growth
