We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, manage daily front-desk activities, and support internal teams with administrative tasks. This position is essential to maintaining a well-organized and welcoming office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls

  • Manage mail, packages, and deliveries

  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area

  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room calendars

  • Support the administrative and HR teams with clerical duties

  • Handle general office supply inventory and reordering

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Professional demeanor and appearance

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
