Temp to perm Receptionist / Junior Administrative Assistant needed for a Real Estate Investment firm in Midtown Manhattan.
Onsite, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM
Pay $25/hr
Salary $55-60k plus bonus
Responsibilities & Duties
- Warmly greet and assist guests, residents, and vendors upon arrival and departure.
- Provide detailed information about residences, services, and amenities.
- Coordinate residential tours for prospective tenants, ensuring seamless experiences.
- Manage incoming and outgoing packages, mail, and courier services efficiently.
- Track and manage visitor logs, including prospects, tenants, and guests.
- Assist with facilities-related tasks and ad hoc assignments as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to improve guest services and share best practices.
- Conduct periodic walkthroughs and follow-up requests to ensure quality service.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience preferred.
- Strong customer service orientation with professional and diplomatic communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Highly organized and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks effectively.
- Upbeat and friendly demeanor suitable for a people-facing role in real estate.
- Attention to detail, including strong grammar and proofreading skills.
