Job Description
We are looking for a polished and professional Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office and the backbone of daily operations. This role is perfect for someone with excellent organizational skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities with ease.
Monday through Thursday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, 32 hours a week
Key Responsibilities:
Mail & Package Handling: Receive, log, and distribute incoming mail and packages promptly and accurately.
Office & Supply Management: Monitor inventory, place supply orders, and keep the office and breakroom stocked.
Canteen/Breakroom Oversight: Ensure the breakroom remains clean, organized, and fully stocked for employees.
Outgoing Mail: Prepare and dispatch outgoing mail and packages in a timely manner.
Records Coordination: Check in physical records and coordinate shipments to off-site storage.
Front Desk Support: Greet and assist visitors, answer incoming calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.

Previous reception, office services, or administrative experience is a plus
