Job Description
Holstrom, Block & Parke, A Professional Law Corporation, a respected and growing law firm with offices located throughout Southern California, is seeking an experienced, full-time Receptionist for our Corona office.
Ideal candidates will have:
· Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a professional manner and route appropriately
· Proficiency with calendaring and Microsoft programs
· Ability to perform basic filing and clerical duties
· Professional front-desk presentation and demeanor
· Ability to use office memos, e-mails, phone messages and faxes to facilitate appropriate information
· Strong organization, communication skills and attention to detail
Experience:
3 years of experience is preferred.
Job responsibilities include:
· Answering high-volume calls
· Maintain cleanliness of the reception area and conference rooms
· Coordinate conference room schedules for meetings and remote hearings
· Greeting visitors warmly and providing guests with refreshments
· Fostering positive client relations
· Working with Attorneys, Paralegals, Legal Assistants and other support staff
· Assist with other tasks as needed
Please note, this position may be required to perform occasional heavy lifting of file boxes and documents.
