Office Receptionist Job Description Location: Raleigh, NC Pay range: $38,500 - $48,500 yearly Overview: We are seeking a friendly and organized Office Receptionist to join our team ASAP! As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment at our office.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a warm welcome.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Manage scheduling and coordinate appointments for staff members.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Skills:
