Position Overview:

As a Receptionist at J’Adore Les Fleurs, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing an exceptional and luxurious customer experience. You will handle phone calls, take and process orders, assist florists with daily tasks, maintain a clean and organized store, and contribute to overall sales growth. This role is essential to ensuring smooth operations and maintaining the brand’s high standards of service and elegance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relations & Customer Service
  • Greet all customers warmly and create a welcoming, upscale boutique experience.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Guide customers in selecting arrangements and products based on their preferences.
  • Resolve client concerns with courtesy and efficiency.
  • Sales & Order Management
  • Accurately process customer orders in person, over the phone, or online.
  • Upsell and recommend add-ons, specialty arrangements, and gifts.
  • Track orders and coordinate delivery schedules with the team.
  • Team Support & Florist Assistance
  • Assist florists with prepping flowers, packaging arrangements, and restocking supplies.
  • Support team members during busy seasons, holidays, and large events.
  • Help maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Store Organization & Cleaning
  • Keep the front desk, display areas, and boutique floor clean and organized.
  • Assist in daily opening and closing procedures.
  • Maintain brand standards in presentation and customer experience.
Requirements & Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for luxury customer service and floral design.
  • Team player with a willingness to help wherever needed.
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred.
