We’re a fast-growing personal injury firm based in Central Florida, and we’re looking for a bilingual, people-first Legal Receptionist to be the welcoming voice and face of our firm.

Position Summary

As our Bilingual Legal Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our clients. You’ll help create a warm, professional experience from the moment someone calls or walks in the door. This is a full-time, in-person position based in our Downtown Orlando office. If you're organized, tech-savvy, and genuinely care about helping people, this is a great opportunity to grow within a dynamic legal team.

What You’ll Do

• Answer and route incoming calls on a multi-line phone system
• Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
• Schedule appointments, consultations, and meetings
• Collect, scan, and distribute incoming mail and packages
• Monitor and respond to the office’s general email inbox
• Maintain office and lobby organization, supplies, and cleanliness
• Support various departments with administrative tasks (filing, scanning, data entry)
• Help maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Occasionally serve refreshments and ensure front desk areas reflect our high standards

What You’ll Need

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)
• Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or legal support role preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A calm, friendly presence even under pressure
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
• Tech literacy and comfort learning new systems and tools
• A proactive, positive attitude and a team-player mindset
