Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. As a key member of our team, you will play an essential role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients, visitors, and staff alike. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor, making sure that each person who enters our office feels valued and supported.

Pay Range: $950- $1150 weekly

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors in a polite and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendar for office staff.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
