As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring seamless communication within the office. You will perform a variety of administrative tasks while managing the front desk, which includes handling incoming calls, greeting guests, and providing support to various departments.
Pay Range
$950- $1150 weekly

We are seeking a friendly and professional Office Receptionist to join our vibrant team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring seamless communication within the office. You will perform a variety of administrative tasks while managing the front desk, which includes handling incoming calls, greeting guests, and providing support to various departments.
Pay Range
$950- $1150 weekly
Responsibilities Include
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel
- Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
- Provide support to other departments as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
