Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. As a key member of our team, you will play an essential role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients, visitors, and staff alike. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor, making sure that each person who enters our office feels valued and supported.
Pay Range:
$950- $1150 weekly
Responsibilities include: Greet clients and visitors in a polite and professional manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate personnel. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Schedule appointments and maintain calendar for office staff. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area. Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing and data entry. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus. Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Benefits:
