Human Resources Manager at Integrated Healthcare Association
IHA is lookingfor a creative, passionate, and resourceful MarketingManager to join the marketing team. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing and Communication, you will support the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns for IHA’s suite of performance measurement programs. This role requires experience in marketing communications, brand management, client engagement, and product marketing. This is a unique opportunity to work with thought leaders across California and be a part of a team that leads big and challenging projects that can move the needle on key healthcare industry pain points.

Core Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Create messaging, content, materials, and campaigns that accurately reflect brand and marketing objectives, clearly communicate benefits, generate interest in performance measurement, and increase client engagement.
- Develop a variety of content for website, presentations, social, brochure, email, whitepaper, issue brief, etc.
- Lead integrated campaigns that require coordination across teams, ensuring consistent messaging, timely execution and measurable impact for brand awareness, thought leadership, and client retention goals
- Develop and communicate value propositions for health plans, providers, and purchasers, developing account-based messaging and materials as needed for priority clients.
- Partner with analytics team to understand data available to support marketing strategies, collaborating to create story from key business insights.
- Partner with Sr. Director of Marketing to lead brand strategy for IHA’s suite of performance measurement products and programs.
- Coordinate product launches for new products, partnering with product and business development teams as required
- Research industry tradeshows and conferences and make recommendations for attendance, engagement, and networking opportunities. Manage end to end event logistics for assigned events including collateral development and presentation development.
- Research and recommend marketing mix, including communication methods, and technologies to engage with various stakeholders and audiences based on customer needs, market trends and competitive landscape.
Other key marketing team support
- Manage social media, coordinate with marketing to create the editorial calendar, track creative assets, and handle logistics using Hubspot and social platforms.
- Support IHA marketing strategy and campaigns as directed.
- Track and schedule website updates, coordinating with entire marketing team, program teams, HR, and others to ensure website content is up to date.
- Be a brand steward, ensuring our brand platform, messaging, and story are represented across our channels, campaigns, and collateral.
- Partner with external creative freelancers, vendors, and partners, as needed.
- Support development and maintenance of marketing performance dashboards by pulling information from HubSpot, Google Analytics, external partners, and internal stakeholders as needed.
- Collaborate on IHA’s overall conference and event strategy, leading event management and planning as needed.
- Contribute to internal conference & events calendar.
- And other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 3-8 years of experience in marketing communications in the healthcare industry
- BA/BS in marketing, business, communications, or related field
- Strong understanding of the California healthcare delivery system strongly preferred
- Excellent communicator with strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills
- Passion for innovative storytelling and experience producing a wide variety of content.
- Strong project management and organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively supporting marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
- Skilled in developing and designing engaging presentations and slide decks
- Excellent interpersonal, collaborative and communication skills; able to interact successfully and build relationships with people of all levels inside and outside IHA
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, integrating input from diverse sources in the development of materials and campaigns
- Demonstrated past success, and enjoyment from working in a small, fast-paced, professional environment.
- Flexible, adaptable, and willing to help wherever needed to support the team, program, and organization
Bonus if you have:

- Interest in translating healthcare analytics to a variety of audiences
