We’re seeking a Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives across a growing portfolio.

Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Oversee marketing strategies for new lease-ups and established communities, ensuring timely execution and measurable results.
• Develop and implement marketing plans that enhance visibility, attract qualified prospects, and support revenue goals.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights to guide strategy and spending.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage new tools and technologies to improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA a plus).
• 5–7 years of marketing experience, ideally in the multi-family or real estate sector.
• Proven success managing lease-up campaigns and marketing projects.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities with the confidence to work across teams and leadership levels.
