Job title: Partner Marketing Manager
Duration: 1 Year contract with possible extension
Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA 94104

  • Design and implement scalable partner marketing programs that drive partner driven pipeline, enablement, and activation
  • Develop and help maintain partner marketing collateral, including co-marketing materials, partner portals, and enablement resources
  • Coordinate joint marketing activities including webinars, events, content creation, and demand generation campaigns
  • Track and analyze partner marketing metrics to measure program effectiveness and ROI
  • Manage marketing tools and systems including Salesforce CRM, maintaining accurate partner data, and partner related payments through zip.
  • Support partner enablement initiatives by creating training materials and coordinating education sessions
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and partnership teams to align on partner strategies and priorities
You may be a good fit if you
  • Have 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or alliance marketing roles
  • Possess deep understanding of partner marketing principles including channel economics, partner journey mapping, and ecosystem dynamics
  • Have hands-on experience with marketing technology stacks including Salesforce CRM, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools
  • Are highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple programs and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Excel at creating scalable, repeatable processes that can grow with the business
  • Are proficient with collaboration tools including Google Workspace, zip, project management platforms, and documentation systems
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts for partner audiences
  • Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and can operate independently with minimal supervision
  • Have a data-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs and optimizing programs based on insights
Strong candidates may also have
  • Experience in the AI/ML or enterprise technology space
  • Background working with cloud provider partnerships (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
  • Knowledge of partner relationship management (PRM) systems
  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for partners
  • Familiarity with developer ecosystems and technical partner programs
  • Track record of building partner communities and driving partner-to-partner collaboration
  • Understanding of consumption-based business models and usage-driven growth strategies
