We are searching for a Marketing Operations Manager with a knack for project management and integrated planning, to act as the air traffic controller for Flawless' marketing global organization. This role will keep our campaigns, launches, and events coordinated, tracked, and delivered with precision. If you thrive on turning complexity into clarity and love building systems that keep teams aligned, this could be the perfect fit.
This is an exciting time to join us as we expand globally and scale our marketing efforts. We need someone who can own the master marketing calendar, manage Jira intake, and create visibility across every initiative. You will be responsible for ensuring that every marketing initiative is scoped correctly, tracked against milestones, and reported back with measurable outcomes.

Interview Process:
At Flawless, our team and interview process want to help you show your best self. We'll dive into past projects and simulate working together.
Our interview process is four interview rounds with some casual Zoom (or in-person) coffee in between to get to know each other:
- Initial Interview: 45 minute Zoom. This will be an interview focused on evaluating your background in greater detail, specifically your experience as a leader, dealing with ambiguity, and managing projects, deadlines and revenue growth.
- Skills Interviews: two ~45 Minute Zoom Interviews where you will meet two of your potential future team members evaluating your experience in content delivery, and operations/process related skills.
- Final Interview: This will be an onsite interview with your hiring manager and our chief of staff. We will dig into how you work and make sure you and Flawless will be a great match. Your Recruiter will be your main point of contact and prepare you for interviews. You'll meet 6-7 people from across the business. (We make sure that you have time in each interview to ask them questions). If we don't give an offer, we'll provide feedback!

Responsibilities:
- Act as the air traffic controller for all marketing activity, ensuring campaigns and projects are aligned, tracked, and delivered.
- Own and maintain the global marketing calendar that spans product launches, events, partner activations, and content campaigns.
- Manage Jira intake for the marketing team, creating streamlined processes for requests, approvals, and progress tracking.
- Document project plans, deliverables, and key decisions, and share updates with stakeholders in a clear and timely way.
- Track execution across all deliverables, ensuring deadlines and dependencies are met.
- Build dashboards and reports to share campaign performance, project status, and resource allocation with leadership.
- Coordinate across Marketing, Product, Business Development, and external stakeholders to align on priorities and timelines.
- Establish operating rhythms including weekly status updates, campaign trackers, and reporting cadences that keep leadership and teams aligned.
You should apply if:
- You have 4-6 years of experience in marketing operations, integrated planning, or project management.
- You have hands-on experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
- You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- You excel at documenting, tracking, and reporting back progress in ways that give everyone visibility.
- You enjoy being the person who knows the status of every campaign and can clearly explain it to others.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly.
- You are comfortable working cross-functionally with creatives, product, and business teams.
