LHH is currently recruiting for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager for a permanent opportunity with our client in the Dallas, TX area. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of lifecycle marketing experience, preferably in a B2C environment. This is a onsite opportunity at our client’s office in the Dallas area.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel lifecycle marketing strategies focused on acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
  • Build and manage automated email, SMS, and in-app messaging campaigns tailored to segmented audiences.
  • Analyze customer data to uncover insights, drive personalization, and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Work with Product, Data, and Creative teams to ensure seamless execution and impactful messaging.
  • Measure campaign performance, report on KPIs, and iterate to improve ROI and customer LTV.
  • Advocate for the voice of the customer, ensuring a consistent and delightful brand experience throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in lifecycle, retention, or CRM marketing roles.
  • Proven track record developing successful campaigns in a B2C environment (highly preferred).
  • Expertise with marketing automation platforms, segmentation, and analytics tools.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with data and reporting.
  • Creative, customer-centric thinker with excellent project management abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work onsite at our client’s office in the Dallas area.
