What You’ll Do

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives from digital campaigns and events to print and social media.
  • Manage a comprehensive marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns and deliverables align with organizational priorities and key milestones.
  • Oversee timelines, approvals, and deliverables across departments, keeping projects on track and stakeholders informed.
  • Partner with internal teams (events, advertising, communications, PR) to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
  • Monitor campaign performance, providing reports and insights that guide optimization and future planning.
  • Serve as a brand steward, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints and ensuring creative output meets quality standards.
  • Support special events, conferences, and community-facing campaigns designed to engage families, students, and local partners.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 5-8+ years of experience managing marketing campaigns or projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred experience in education, non-profit, or mission-driven marketing.
  • Preferred familiarity with education-driven campaigns, including admissions and enrollment.
  • Strong background in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday, or similar).
  • Demonstrated success coordinating complex, cross-functional campaigns.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence working across teams and with senior leaders.
