We are hiring an experienced Electrician to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems in commercial buildings and facilities. Key Responsibilities
- Diagnosis and Troubleshooting: Identify electrical issues in commercial settings, using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to pinpoint problems accurately.
- Repairs and Maintenance: Perform repairs, replacements, and preventive maintenance on electrical systems, including lighting, circuits, electrical panels, and distribution systems.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to electrical emergencies, such as power outages or equipment failures, to minimize downtime for clients.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure all work complies with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards to protect employees, clients, and property.
- New Installations: Assist in the installation and upgrades of electrical systems, ensuring they meet industry standards and client specifications.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports, parts used, and client interactions.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, explain electrical issues, provide recommendations, and answer questions to ensure client satisfaction.
- Continual Learning: Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and updates to electrical codes through training and professional development.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an apprenticeship program or vocational training in electrical systems is preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a commercial electrician, with a strong background in troubleshooting and repair.
- Knowledge of commercial electrical systems, including three-phase power, and electrical panels.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintenance.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environments.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
