Responsibilities

• Assembling, installing, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic wiring, conduit, cable, equipment, components, and devices following blueprints and building plans.
• Installing and mounting electronic controls, devices, panels, sensors, and components.
• Performing interlock wiring as required.
• Testing electrical systems and circuit continuity using testing devices.
• Inspecting sites and studying work orders, plans, and manuals to determine materials and procedures.
• Diagnosing malfunctions using test equipment and hand tools.
• Reading contract drawings.
• Troubleshooting EMS systems, smart breakers, and relays.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of experience in the electrical industry.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Successful background check and drug test.
• Reliable transportation.
• Potential for mandatory overtime, including nights and weekends.

Working Conditions and Environment

• Physically demanding work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Work at heights, in construction areas, or restricted spaces.
• Flexible work hours, including overtime, weekends, and nights.
• Professional conduct around customers and their representatives.

Abilities

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to work at various heights and climb ladders.
• Good vision, color perception, and communication skills.
• Recognize problems and apply general rules to solve them.
• Routine physical activities such as walking, climbing, lifting, and reaching.
