Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Administrator to join our team near Deerfield Beach, Florida. In this role, you will support various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and benefits administration. You will play a key role in maintaining compliance and fostering a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, resume reviews, interview scheduling, and communication with candidates.
• Manage onboarding processes.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, while addressing inquiries and assisting with enrollment.
• Processing of biweekly payroll.
• Prepare and distribute internal communications regarding organizational updates, policies, and announcements.
• Compile HR data for reporting purposes, creating spreadsheets and presentations to support decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in HR or administrative support roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
• Demonstrated experience in payroll and benefits administration.
