Responsibilities:

• Oversee HR systems and processes, including maintaining and optimizing the HRIS platform.
• Lead onboarding initiatives to ensure new hires are integrated effectively into the organization.
• Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals.
• Monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations, ensuring the company remains in adherence.
• Collaborate with management to identify and address workforce planning needs.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes.
• Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
• Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership on HR-related issues.• Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources management or a similar role.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms and HR administration processes.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to handle employee relations with professionalism and discretion.

• Solid understanding of labor laws and regulations.
