• Utilize HRIS platforms to streamline processes and maintain accurate employee records.

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Provide guidance and support to managers on HR policies and best practices.
• Drive initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
• Monitor and assess HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR practices with overall business strategies.• Minimum of 7 years of experience in human resources management or a related field.
• Strong expertise in employee relations and handling workplace conflict resolution.
• Proficiency in HR administration, including benefits management and payroll processes.
• Knowledge of HRIS platforms and ability to utilize systems for efficiency.
• Proven ability to manage onboarding and training programs effectively.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local levels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and engagement.
• Demonstrated success in implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives.
