We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations for our team in New York, New York. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in HR practices and systems, who is eager to contribute to organizational success through effective leadership and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
• Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process.
• Oversee onboarding procedures to ensure new hires are smoothly integrated into the organization.
• Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace environment.
• Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Utilize HRIS systems to maintain accurate employee records and streamline HR processes.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Provide training and guidance on HR policies and procedures to managers and staff.
• Support system implementation projects and ensure effective adoption of new tools.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR functions.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management.
• Proven expertise in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems; experience with TriNet is a plus.
• Strong software skills with a willingness to learn new systems.
• Knowledge of benefits administration and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Higher education experience is advantageous but not required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
