Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting the workforce of one of our clients. This long-term contract position is based in Richmond, Virginia, and requires an experienced and detail-oriented HR individual with a strong background in employee relations, recruitment, and HR administration. You will lead efforts to enhance employee engagement, manage HR systems, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee employee relations and address workplace issues through investigations and conflict resolution.
• Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Administer compensation plans and analyze salary structures to ensure competitive and equitable pay.
• Coordinate benefit programs and provide guidance on enrollment and utilization.
• Maintain and optimize HRIS systems to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals.
• Facilitate onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
• Conduct regular employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with leadership to address strategic staffing needs and workforce planning.
• Generate reports and provide insights on HR metrics using Microsoft Office tools
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources management or related roles.
• Strong expertise in employee relations, including investigations and conflict resolution.
• Proficiency in HR administration, corporate recruiting, and full-cycle hiring processes.
• Experience with HRIS systems and their implementation or optimization.
• Solid background in compensation analysis and benefits administration.
• Advanced knowledge of onboarding processes and employee engagement strategies.
• Proficient in Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate across teams and levels.
