Description

Reporting to the Regional HR Business Partner and the local General Manager, HRG is a key link between the company and its human resource function both internally and externally. The goal for each HRG is to increase profitable company revenue by identifying, qualifying, establishing, and strengthening relationships with all stakeholders and conveying the companys core values and putting people first culture. This individual will be the HR liaison and Culture Keeper, demonstrating trustworthiness and confidentiality. The successful candidate will be a capable human resource professional with demonstrated experience in employee engagement.

Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing, tracking, and documenting compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments.
• Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified candidates for open positions, collaborating with managers to understand required skills and competencies.
• Conducts background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
• Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
• Administers human resource programs related to compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, investigations, performance management, and training.
• Handles employment inquiries, referring complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Participates in disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Ensures compliance with employment laws and reviews policies regularly.
• Keeps updated on HR trends, legal changes, and best practices.
• May handle payroll activities.
• Travel to off-site locations as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
