Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Director located in Broken Bow, NE. The Human Resources Director will oversee all HR functions, including managing HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing HR initiatives, handling employee grievances, and managing recruitment and staffing processes.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) management and HR Policies
• Proven experience in managing Employee Relations and Performance Management
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
• Ability to handle a variety of duties with frequent change of tasks without loss of efficiency.
• Experience with talent management including workforce planning, succession planning, recruitment and retention.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Master\'s degree in Human Resources, MBA, or related degree - preferred.
• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus
• Experience in the Healthcare Industry preferred.
