Position Summary

We are seeking a passionate and organized HR Generalist to join our team and support our Operations Department. In this role, you’ll work closely with employees and managers in Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehousing to help them navigate HR policies, benefits, staffing, and compliance. Your work will directly impact team satisfaction, company culture, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to managers and associates
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, orientation, and retention initiatives
• Manage HR documentation, benefits administration, and employee records
• Conduct internal investigations and help resolve employee relations issues
• Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws and company policies
• Partner with managers on performance reviews, corrective action, and employee coaching
  
  

• Associate’s degree preferred
• 2–4 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficient in HR systems, timekeeping, and payroll
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
