About The Role
At Buchanan Group, Inc., we know that great HR drives great culture—and we're looking for a sharp and resourceful HR Coordinator to join our team and help keep our people practices running smoothly and compliantly. From onboarding new hires to supporting payroll processes and maintaining accurate records, you’ll be the go-to person for the details that matter.
This is more than just an administrative role—it’s an opportunity to make an impact across the full employee lifecycle while helping shape a culture that’s inclusive, engaging, and efficient.
What You’ll Do
As our HR Coordinator, you’ll wear many hats, including:
- Keeping our employee records up to date and our files in tip-top legal shape.
- Coordinating recruitment efforts and onboarding new team members with a great first impression.
- Supporting payroll with accurate data entry, deductions, and compliance reporting.
- Maintaining HR systems and reports with keen attention to detail and a proactive eye for improvement.
- Assisting with 401(k) tracking, benefit invoicing, and cultural initiatives like service awards and performance reviews.
- Supporting employee inquiries with clarity, professionalism, and a helpful attitude.
- 3+ years of HR experience with a strong foundation in HRIS platforms and payroll processes
- A passion for processes, people, and precision
- Excellent organizational skills and a sense of ownership
- Discretion, integrity, and sound judgment with sensitive information
- A collaborative, team-first mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and familiarity with timekeeping/payroll systems
- You’ll be part of a team that values respect, transparency, and growth.
- You'll gain hands-on experience in multiple HR disciplines.
