- Drive transformational changes in public sector human resources practices and serve as the subject matter expert in Talent Acquisition and Class and Compensation.
- Current priorities include: Improve time-to-fill outcomes; Champion organization-wide performance management system implementation; Facilitate consolidation of job classifications; Develop innovative offboarding strategies.
