Job Description

• Manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. labor laws and company HR policies.
• Act as a bridge between the U.S. office and China HQ, preparing HR reports and supporting cross-border communication.
• Support employee engagement, performance management, and development activities.
• Provide general administrative support for the office when needed.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant HR experience in the U.S.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR compliance.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and stable work approach.
