Position

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Manager to support our strategic goals and foster a positive workplace culture. This role is responsible for daily HR operations including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. This is a fully onsite position.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies and workplace concerns
• Promote a positive work environment and enforce disciplinary policies
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and terminations
• Administer and determine eligibility for leaves of absence (FMLA, NYS Paid Family Leave, Disability, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EEOC, and other regulatory requirements
• Conduct accident and incident investigations and manage workers’ compensation reporting
• Oversee benefits administration including coordination with vendors for medical, dental, and vision insurance
• Review and update company policies and documentation
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or production environments
• Strong knowledge of employment and Worker’s Compensation laws as well as HR compliance (NYS and federal)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
