Responsibilities:
• Provide technical assistance to users by diagnosing and resolving issues related to the Voyager software system.
• Guide users in effectively utilizing product features and functionalities to meet their needs.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new users, ensuring they are equipped to use the software efficiently.
• Maintain detailed documentation of user interactions, reported issues, and resolutions to build a knowledge base.
• Collaborate with development teams to address software bugs and suggest improvements based on user feedback.
• Conduct training sessions to educate users on system features and best practices.
• Perform quality assurance testing to ensure software reliability and identify areas for enhancement.
• Act as a liaison between users and technical teams to streamline communication and problem-solving.
• Share insights and feedback from users to support continuous product development.
• Monitor system performance and provide proactive solutions to potential issues.• Proven experience in business analysis and supporting business systems.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and practices.
• Strong knowledge of application support and troubleshooting techniques.
• Expertise in quality assurance processes and identifying software bugs.
• Ability to conduct effective employee training and end-user support.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining detailed documentation.
