Responsibilities

• Support the Commercial Banking Digital Platform by optimizing application capabilities and business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence the scope of work for new features and enhancements.
• Lead requirement gathering sessions and provide thought leadership to stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and technical requirements.
• Conduct ongoing reviews of business processes to develop optimization strategies.
• Participate in user acceptance testing to ensure quality application releases.
• Understand and escalate security and risk management issues as needed.
  
  
  

Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis.
• Strong experience in eliciting and testing requirements for complex systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science.
• Experience with vendor system integration and data conversion.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Hands-on experience with Jira/Confluence is a plus.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization techniques.
