Join our dynamic team as a CIS Business Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving technology projects from inception to completion, ensuring that business needs are seamlessly integrated into technical solutions. Responsibilities

• Manage and define the scope of technology projects, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Coordinate and facilitate productive working sessions with various organizational representatives.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for the development team.
• Document and oversee detailed system requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support quality assurance activities to ensure comprehensive testing of system requirements.
• Act as a subject matter expert for supported systems and provide ongoing project/product support.
• Participate in design processes to enhance user experience and meet business requirements.
• Ensure adherence to security, risk management, and IT process principles, escalating issues as necessary.
• Engage in user acceptance testing to guarantee quality in application releases.

• Proficiency in Visio/Miro, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to thrive in a customer-oriented, positive team environment.
