As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Digital Business Analyst to be a key player in shaping and delivering our digital transformation initiatives.

As a Digital Business Analyst, you will be the bridge between business needs and technical solutions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Technology, and Operations to translate business objectives into functional requirements for digital platforms and tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements for digital initiatives.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, wireframes, and process flows.
• Drive workshops and discovery sessions with business users and technical teams.
• Analyze current digital processes and identify opportunities for enhancement and automation.
• Support product managers and delivery leads in prioritizing features and creating roadmaps.
• Work with development teams to ensure successful implementation of requirements.
• Participate in testing activities (UAT, functional testing) to validate outcomes against requirements.
• Monitor and report on key metrics post-implementation to evaluate success.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 1 year in a digital or tech-focused environment.
• Strong understanding of digital products, platforms, and agile development practices.
• Experience in business process modeling and user journey mapping.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Miro, and Excel.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
