The ServiceNow platform team is seeking a short-term contingent Business Analyst with deep ServiceNow expertise. The role focuses on streamlining and documenting current-state processes, improving requirement quality, and ensuring that deliverables for the release process are well-defined and actionable. The BA will work closely with platform engineers, release managers, and governance stakeholders to accelerate throughput and reduce rework, ensuring governance deliverables and release artifacts are complete, accurate, and compliant with internal controls and audit requirements. The resource will support backlog burn-down by enabling faster story readiness and reducing cycle time through better requirement clarity.
Salary Range: $90,000-$100,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Streamline and document current-state processes related to ServiceNow workflows and release deliverables.
- Improve requirement quality and ensure clarity for user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with platform engineers, release managers, and governance stakeholders to accelerate throughput and reduce rework.
