Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between business partners and development teams

- Develop required project documentation deliverables
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience gathering requirements from users, identifying impacted business processes, assessing business needs, identifying IT solution integration, GAP analysis, and SWOT analysis
- 6+ years of experience designing technical and business requirement documentation including wireframes or screen mockups, context diagrams, benefits realization, business process models, workflow diagrams, and traceability matrix
- 4+ years of experience with Agile methodology / SCRUM ceremonies (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives)
- 3+ years of experience working with Azure DevOps backlog management, Kanban board, Sprint board
- 5+ years of experience eliciting and decomposing requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
- 4+ years of experience working as a business analyst on financial systems
- Experience writing test plans and use cases
- Working knowledge of Systems Engineering Methodology (SEM) and Project Management Methodology (PMM)
- Senior level understanding of the secure application development lifecycle (SADLC)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Preferred: prior experience working with State or Federal government
