RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Systems Analyst in Doral, FL.

Summary:

The candidate will use a spectrum of personal and technical skills to manage the requirements lifecycle: identify, interpret and document business needs, define scope of work, structure functional and non-functional requirements, write use-cases to a testable level and interact with team members to support the delivery of the project. You will be responsible for modeling business needs, producing project charters, and creating software requirements documents and other project artifacts.

Essential Functions:

• As a Business Systems Analyst, you must be able to discuss requirements with business team members, development, and infrastructure teams to support the delivery of the requirements throughout the lifecycle of the project
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate complex business requirements, functional requirements, and non-functional requirements for multiple projects and product teams
• Work closely with key business partners to understand, document, and maintain existing business processes and workflows across one or more business areas. Identify and translate areas of opportunity into actionable steps
• Business Systems Analyst will work with the project or product team QA members to identify functional and non with the development and the execution of the test plan
• Work in partnership with other members of the IT team and vendors to model systems and data to a logical level, building decision tables, data flows and user interface requirements
• Collaborate with project sponsors and other Business and IT stakeholders to develop high level features needed to construct and estimate new project requests
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• An Advanced degree is highly desirable as well as certification in Business Analysis (CBAP)
• 3 or more years of business analysis and technical experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a business analysis role or similar experience in delivering requirements/technical specifications and implementing enterprise solutions/casino gaming technology in an organization or externally with a consulting firm or a Fortune 500 hospitality, leisure or gaming organization
• MS Visio, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, MS Power Point, Axure or similar tool
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
