The Business Analyst 5 position will work as a contract resource supporting multiple projects for the Client. The resource will act as a business analyst for various in-flight projects including Software as a Service solutions, vendor-supported systems, and custom web applications. This role involves serving as a liaison between business partners and development teams, gathering requirements, facilitating meetings, writing user stories, and developing project documentation.

Top Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience gathering requirements from users, including identifying impacted processes, assessing needs, and IT solution integration
• Designing technical and business requirement documentation such as wireframes, benefits realization, process models, workflows, and traceability matrices
• 3+ years of experience with Agile/SCRUM, including ceremonies and backlog management using Azure DevOps
• Experience eliciting and decomposing requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Writing test plans and use cases
• Knowledge of Systems Engineering Methodology (SEM) and Project Management Methodology (PMM)
• Understanding of the secure application development lifecycle (SADLC)
• Strong communication skills
