???? Key ResponsibilitiesLine Setup & Tooling Mastery
Ensure packaging lines are properly tooled and configured for optimal performance, setting the stage for smooth operations.
Process Optimization
Set and monitor process parameters in strict alignment with documented standards, ensuring consistency and compliance.
Mechanical Troubleshooting
Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues swiftly to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
Quality Collaboration
Partner with Quality Assurance to identify and resolve packaging-related quality concerns, ensuring every product meets our gold standard.
Efficiency & Waste Reduction
Champion machine efficiency while implementing strategies to reduce material waste and maximize output.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate and timely machine documentation to support audits, traceability, and continuous improvement.
Operator Training
Share your expertise by training operators on equipment use, safety protocols, and best practices.
Regulatory Compliance Support
Assist the Production Supervisor in upholding cGMP, DEA, and OSHA standards across the production floor.
Safety Leadership
Ensure all machinery and production lines meet safety requirements and operate within established guidelines.
Line Clearance Authority
Oversee and authorize line clearance procedures to maintain product integrity and regulatory compliance.
Automation & Controls Expertise
Apply your working knowledge of PLCs and automation systems to enhance machine functionality and reliability.
Equipment Proficiency
Operate and maintain a range of specialized equipment including inkjet printers (continuous and thermal), UV printers, blister packaging machines, bottle fillers, cartoners, and vision systems.
Continuous Improvement Advocate
Identify opportunities for process enhancements, equipment upgrades, and layout optimizations to drive innovation and efficiency.
Cross-Functional Support
Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Operations, contributing to broader operational goals.
