Job Summary


We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Sales Representative with exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to turn any customer interaction into a positive experience. This role blends customer service with sales—responsible for delivering outstanding support while promoting, retaining, and selling products and services. You will be the front-line voice for our customers, building trust and loyalty through every conversation.



Base pay range


$16.00/hr - $17.00/hr

Duration: Long term Contract



Key Responsibilities



  • Promote, retain, and sell company products and services to both new and existing customers.

  • Provide exceptional customer experience during each interaction via inbound and outbound phone calls.

  • Effectively negotiate and complete “save” or service order requests from customers.

  • Assist customers with patience, tact, and professionalism while working efficiently to resolve concerns.

  • Accurately communicate applicable fees, adjustments, and service changes.

  • Assess customer needs and present tailored solutions to match products and services with client requirements.

  • Follow established call flows and scripts to optimize customer experience while meeting sales/service goals.

  • Practice active listening to understand customer concerns and ensure accurate resolution.

  • Document and process all customer interactions and transactions in company systems.

  • Support a positive work environment through teamwork and dedication to customer satisfaction.

  • Outstanding customer service skills with a passion for helping people.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Basic math and data entry skills.

  • Sales aptitude and ability to promote and upsell products and services.

  • Intermediate understanding of hardware peripherals and strong software/hardware troubleshooting skills.

  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with accuracy.



Preferences



  • Previous Customer Service experience in a high volume

  • 2+ years of Call Center experience or equivalent required

  • 1 yr contact Center and 1 yr retention experience are preferred

  • High school diploma or the equivalent
