Responsibilities
- Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge
- Ensure customer account information is up-to-date
- Take inbound calls, make outbound calls 10am MST – 6pm MST (Arizona)
- Schedule Home Energy Check-Ups and Solar Consultations with qualified Arizona homeowners
- Train daily with the FOR Energy Call Team Coaches
Qualifications
- High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Reliable transportation
Compensation
$14 – $20 hourly
