We specialize in professional rug washing and in-home specialty cleaning services, from carpet and upholstery to tile, wood floors, and beyond. As a Rug Cleaning Specialist , you'll wear many hats. From picking up and delivering rugs to working in our facility to cleaning carpets, wood floors, and upholstery in customer homes, you'll be on the front lines of our service team. This job is physical, fast-paced, and highly rewarding if you enjoy hands-on work that makes a visible difference.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver rugs to and from customer homes and businesses
• Safely lift and transport rugs weighing 70+ lbs, including rolled or wet rugs
• Perform in-home carpet, tile, grout, upholstery, and floor cleaning
• Assist with in-shop rug washing, drying, and staging processes
• Operate professional cleaning equipment and maintain its cleanliness
• Communicate with clients respectfully and professionally in English
• Move furniture as needed to perform cleaning services safely and effectively
• Follow company protocols and use proper cleaning solutions based on rug/material type
• Ensure all work areas are organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift at least 70 lbs repeatedly and safely maneuver large items
• Comfortable working in both residential homes and warehouse/shop settings
• Fluent in English with clear communication skills (bilingual in Spanish a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn technical cleaning processes
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in carpet, floor, or specialty cleaning is helpful but not required; we provide full training
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-time preferred, 8-hour day shifts (some overtime available)
• Competitive hourly pay at $21to $25 per hour, based on experience
