Base pay range

$14.00/hr - $22.00/hr

Receive a guaranteed minimum wage of $14.00 per hour with the ability to make up to $850.00 per week, paid weekly.

Our current employees earn between $14.00 to $22.00, depending on their experience, quality of the work they do, and the speed at which they work as professional house cleaners.

Responsibilities

• Clean customers\' homes according to Molly Maid standards - follow our process and you\'ll delight every customer. You may earn tips too.
• Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.

Team Lead responsibilities

• Manage the team\'s schedule and drive safely. The team lead is responsible for driving themselves and their team.
• Maintain equipment and ensure the car is loaded with appropriate housekeeping supplies.

This job will be a great fit if you enjoy working with a team, performing physical work, and delivering great customer service. You will work in varied environments and learn new things.

Job Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Complete a background check
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
• Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 5pm
• Bilingual preferred but not required; must be able to communicate with clients
• Valid Driver\'s License
