Location: USA Marshalls Store 0145 Miami, FL. Starting pay range: $13.00 to $13.50 per hour, with actual starting pay determined by relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate floor care equipment, including scrubber and buffer, and perform dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning of glass and windows.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Maintain all floor care cleanliness standards and the overall cleanliness and organization of the store (Sales Floor, Single Queue, Associate Lounge, Backroom and Restrooms).
• Follow health and safety policies, including refilling essential items in the Lounge and Restrooms.
• Support Front End coverage needs and uphold merchandising philosophy and signage standards.
• Participate in store recovery as needed and uphold loss prevention controls.
• Communicate accurately and effectively with management and associates.
• Adhere to labor laws and associate meal and break policies.
• Contribute to a safe work environment through safety awareness.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Retail customer experience is a plus
