Responsibilities

• Maintain floor care cleanliness standards, including operation of scrubber and buffer
• Dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows
• Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards
• Cross-train to work in multiple store areas to support business needs (Backroom, Front End, Sales Floor, etc.)
• Support and respond to Front End coverage needs
• Uphold merchandising philosophy and signage standards
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness throughout the day
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures including Associate meal and break policies
• Maintain a safe environment and participate in safety awareness
• Other duties as assigned

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and operate floor equipment
• Ability to multi-task and respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
• Team player who works well with peers and supervisors
• Retail customer experience is preferred
