Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care.
• Operate the scrubber and buffer; perform dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
• Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Maintain all floor care cleanliness standards including the maintenance and operation of cleaning equipment.
• Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the entire store, including Sales Floor, Single Queue, Associate Lounge, Backroom and Restrooms.
• Adhere to company policies concerning Health and Safety (includes refilling essential items in the Lounge, Restrooms and Front End).
• Cross-train in other areas of the store (Backroom, Front End, Sales Floor, etc.).
• Support and respond to Front End coverage needs; uphold merchandising philosophy and signage standards.
• Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
• Adhere to all operational and loss prevention controls in accordance with company guidelines and policies including shrink reduction.
• Communicate accurately and effectively with management and Associates.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures, including Associate meal and break period policies.
• Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Retail customer experience preferred

Additional Information

• This position has a starting pay range of $12.41 to $12.91 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
