Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1+ years School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A healthcare-focused social worker position is open within an early childhood assessment team in Cicero, IL. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and screenings for early childhood students to identify social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and healthcare providers to develop individualized support plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports in compliance with relevant standards.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and intervention strategies.
Qualifications:
- Valid Social Worker (SW) endorsement.
- Possession of a Professional Educator License (PEL).
- Experience with early childhood assessments preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Schedule and Location:
- Full-time position, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Position located in Cicero, Illinois.
